Welcome to WAMJ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wamjclub.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by WAMJ ("WAMJ", "we", "us" or "our"), a streetwear brand based in Florida, United States. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and availability

Our collections are produced in limited quantities. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or limit any product at any time. We make every effort to display colors and graphics accurately, but the colors you see depend on your screen and may vary slightly from the actual product.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes, duties and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Promotions and automatic discounts, such as bundle offers, apply only as described at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or limited stock. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide with UPS. Estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers your order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by their country.

7. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery, and returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions on our Exchanges & Returns page. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

8. Custom and brand orders

Custom uniform and merchandise projects requested through our Your Brand page are subject to a separate quote. Designs, quantities, pricing, timelines and payment terms are confirmed in writing before production. Because custom pieces are made to order, they may not be eligible for standard exchanges or returns once production begins.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the WAMJ name and logos, graphics, artwork, photos, text and designs, is owned by WAMJ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. For custom projects, you confirm that you have the rights to any logos or materials you provide to us.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to purchase products for unauthorized resale.

11. Reviews, comments and submissions

If you send us comments, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our business. You are responsible for any content you submit and agree that it will not be unlawful, misleading or infringing.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAMJ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAMJ from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Privacy

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
